CamTrapR help! including another subfolder (number of individual occuring) to include in a record table

I'm stuck on with camTrapR. Creating a record table based on how I have arranged my "directory".

7000 camera trap images were saved into a main folder and two sub folders as: camera station > species - number of individuals. I need to include the additional subfolder of number of individuals of that species, seen at each station, but this won't work using the standard method to create a record table.

I want this info to show in the record table (for each camera station - the different species and when they occur alone, in pairs, in threes etc). This is important to represent. Is there a way to do this? It seems it can only be categorised as far as different species.
