add saga gis to PATH and execute it from command line

I know this is a way too easy question. That's probably why I didn't find anything useful on stackoverflow. So I downloaded SAGA and just want to run in from my command line. I thaught well, that can't be too difficult and added C:\Users\...\saga-7.4.0_x64\saga-7.4.0_x64 to the PATH in Users-Variables. Since this didn't work, I also added it to the system-variables PATH. But still doesn't work. I know this is embarrassingly easy. But maybe someone has a simple answer or hint to avoid these kind of questions in the future...
